Delivery Policy

Delivery charge

  • Inside Dhaka: Tk 65
  • Outside Dhaka (anywhere in the country): Tk 120
  • Orders of Tk 1,000 or more: delivery is free
  • More than one item: delivery is free

The charge for your own area is always shown on the checkout page before you confirm the order.

Payment

Regular-priced products — cash on delivery. No advance payment is needed. You receive the parcel, check the product, and pay the delivery man once you are satisfied.

Pay in advance and save 10%. On regular-priced products you get a fixed 10% discount when the order is placed with full advance payment. This is for online orders only and cannot be combined with any other running offer or discount.

Discounted products — cash on delivery as well. Items that are on offer are delivered and paid for exactly like everything else; no advance payment is required for them.

Check the product at the door

Please open the parcel and check the product while the delivery man is still there. If there is any problem with it, hand it back to him before you accept the delivery.

  • Give a complete address and a phone number you can answer
  • We call to confirm every order before it is sent out
  • Try to take the courier's call — they ring before delivering
