How long does delivery take?
We confirm every order by phone and send it out as soon as it is confirmed. Delivery inside Dhaka is faster than outside Dhaka; the exact charge for your area is shown at checkout before you order.
Can I pay after I receive the order?
Yes. Every order is cash on delivery — you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. No advance payment is needed.
What if the size does not fit?
Message us on WhatsApp or call us with your order number. If the item is unused and still has its tags, we will help you exchange it.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page lists the available sizes. If you are not sure, send us your usual size or chest measurement on WhatsApp and we will suggest one.
