How much is delivery?
The charge for your area is shown at checkout before you confirm, and it is lower inside Dhaka than outside. Delivery is free when you take more than one item, and on most of our full-priced pieces too — the checkout shows "Free delivery" whenever it applies.
Can I pay after I receive the order?
Yes — you pay the courier when the parcel reaches you, no advance payment needed, on discounted items too. Pay the full amount in advance instead and you get 10% off.
Can I check the product before paying?
Please do, and please do it while the delivery man is still at your door. If anything is wrong with the product, hand it straight back to him. Once he leaves we cannot accept a return.
What if I want to exchange it?
Tell us within 24 hours of receiving the product. We send the courier out the same day, and the replacement reaches you within the courier's normal delivery time.
