Terms & Conditions

By using this website or placing an order, you accept the terms below.

Orders

  • All orders are confirmed subject to stock
  • We may call you to confirm an order before dispatch
  • We may cancel any order that looks fake or suspicious
  • Repeated fake orders from the same number may lead to that number being blocked

Payment

  • Every product is cash on delivery, discounted ones included — you pay the delivery man after checking the product.
  • A fixed 10% discount on regular-priced products when you place the order with full advance payment. Online orders only, and it cannot be combined with any other running offer or discount.

Prices and offers

  • All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (Tk)
  • We may start, change, extend or stop any offer, discount or campaign at any time, without prior notice
  • If a price is shown wrongly because of a typing error, we will cancel the order and tell you

Product details and colour

Please look carefully at every product picture and video before ordering. Because of lighting, camera settings and different screens, the real colour of a product can vary slightly from the photos. We cannot take responsibility for a complaint about a small colour or finish difference.

Quality

We aim to give you premium quality and the best experience we can. Read the product information carefully before you confirm an order — and if anything is unclear, message us first, we would rather answer than have you receive the wrong thing.
