Return & Exchange Policy

Check the product at delivery

Please check the product carefully while the delivery person is present. If there is any issue, defect or problem with it, hand it back to the delivery person before accepting the delivery.

We cannot accept a return request once the delivery person has left your door.

Returns

  • If the product has a manufacturing defect or a quality issue, you do not pay any delivery charge for the return.
  • If there is nothing wrong with the product and you want to return it because you changed your mind, the delivery charges are yours.
  • A return without a valid reason is not accepted unless the delivery charges are paid.

Exchanges

  • Tell us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • We arrange the courier from our side the same day.
  • You receive the exchanged product within the courier's normal delivery time.
